About Miso Ramen Bar Cary
Our Japanese restaurant in Raleigh was opened by Peck C. and Ke W. in January of 2020. Family-run, it reflects our shared passion for thoughtful cooking and genuine hospitality. We prepare our broth daily, braise our chashu in house, and take pride in every bowl that leaves the kitchen. Each dish is crafted with fresh, premium ingredients and served by a team that values attentive, welcoming service. Our goal is simple: to provide an exceptional meal and a dining experience that keeps guests coming back. We would love to welcome you to Miso soon in Cary or Raleigh. Ramen makes miso happy!

Honestly exceeded my expectations!!! I didn’t know what to expect because I had never been here and I absolutely loved it! It seems we got there at a good time because it was super quiet and the food was served in a timely manner and they have chilled water!! The tonkotsu and spicy miso ramen was great and so were the dumplings!! The presentation was gorgeous!! Definitely going back!!

Excellent and tasty ramen at this place. We ordered the curry veggie and vegan miso ramen bowl. They both were scrumptious and really good! Staff is polite.

I’ve been told about Miso Ramen by a few people and honestly, the food at this location was really good. I got a few things. Started with the Pork Belly Buns. So fluffy, so good. Also got the Pork Belly Fries, these were also delicious. Would have eaten 10 of these had it come with that many. This is always a go to. I got the Chicken Curry Rice Bowl , tasted so fresh and the curry was on point. Finished it within seconds (not really). Lastly I got the Chili Garlic Mazemen, which was a little spicy for my usual levels, but even as slow as I was to eat it, it was incredible. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great ramen bar in the cary area. Recently we started exploring ramen places. None of them disappointed but this one hits the spot. Got the kids chicken miso ramen, veggie curry and spicy tang tang ramen...all of them tasted amazing. Highly recommend this place.

I have seen this place being tossed around IG and was happy to find myself here on a beautiful Saturday. We ordered the Shoyu Ramen, Pork Belly Buns, and Spicy Tomato Miso. Everything was amazing. The noodles were cooked beautifully and the broth had great death of flavor. The pork belly buns were fresh and amazing and had just enough sauce to complement and not overwhelm the dish. Everything was reasonably priced for all they give you! I recommend and will definitely be back!
